i am hiawatha

this is my little king arthur.

he's the cutest guy. 

he loves outside with his whole heart, 

and he thought this leaf crown we made outside was pretty dang cool.

he will be two in a little over a month, and 

what the heck is that about. 

it's sad that time is going by so fast and he's getting so big, but

i really am loving it. 

i love seeing him learn and grow and i love that we can communicate now.

and while it's sad to think that soon enough he'll be a teenager, 

i'm actually really excited for that too. 

i'm sure by that point he will just think i'm annoying,

 but in my mind i like to think we'll still be good friends.  

maybe we'll stay up late talking about cool things.... i don't know. 

it's nice to think about. 

there are just so many great things about every age,

and while there are things about him i will miss, i just keep getting so excited 

to see him grow up. 

somehow he just keeps getting better and better.

too good to last?... we'll see.
